The Process

Before
Before our session together and using the responses you entered into your scheduling form, I will take 15 minutes to clear and tap into your body’s energy.

During
We will start our session with breath work followed by a body awareness meditation that will help you tune into your body while I do 30 minutes of reiki healing and an aura cleanse.

After
We will review what sensations, insights etc. you may have experienced during your session. I will provide you with my findings, and actionable next steps so you leave feeling supported.
Quick Glow
Looking to spark your glow? Join me for a 15-30-minute virtual session. These are great if you’re having a bad day, experiencing acute pain (i.e., a headache or back pain), having trouble sleeping, needing a quick reset, or really anything you might be struggling with!
